2. Licence Granted to You and Intellectual Property Rights

2.4. The Company retains full ownership and control over the Website, Software and Services. Any breach of intellectual property rights or unauthorised use may result in suspension of your Account, legal action or any other measure deemed necessary.

3. Your Account

3.1. Legal Requirements

3.1.1. An “Account” refers to the personal account created by you on the Website after accepting these Terms. By opening an Account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or of a higher minimum legal age if required by the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing or using the Website complies with the legal requirements of your region. Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the Website or its Services.

3.1.2. You are not permitted to register or use the Website if you reside in, or access the Website from, any jurisdiction listed as restricted on the Website, including but not limited to the USA, Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, Australia, Cyprus, Spain, Austria, Comoros, Germany, Sweden, Dutch West Indies (Aruba, Bonaire, Saba, Statia, St Martin, Curaçao), any FATF-blacklisted nation, sanctioned territories, or any other jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by the relevant authority. The Company may restrict or refuse access from additional regions at its discretion.

3.2. Registration of an Account

3.2.1. To place bets, play Games or make deposits, you must first register an Account on the Website.

3.3. Account Issues

3.3.1. You must keep your login credentials private. If you forget your password, you may use the “Forgot Password” function to reset it.

3.3.2. If you believe your Account details have been compromised, or suspect another user of cheating, manipulating outcomes or gaining unfair advantage, you must notify the Company immediately.

3.3.3. The Company may void or cancel any bet or transaction, in whole or in part, if:

a) You or connected persons may influence the outcome of an event;

b) You are found to be breaching the Website’s rules intentionally or indirectly;

c) An event outcome has been affected by illegal activity;

d) Odds or market conditions were significantly altered due to external announcements;

e) Bets were accepted during technical errors that would normally prevent placement;

f) Bets resulted from human mistakes, misprints, system errors, glitches or force majeure situations.

3.3.4. If we suspend or close your Account, we may also close any linked Accounts created using the same device, email, payment method or IP address, and void associated bets.

3.3.5. Two-factor authentication (2FA) may be provided for enhanced security. You remain responsible for protecting your login credentials.

3.4. Warranties Upon Registration

By creating an Account, you confirm that:

3.4.1. You are at least 18 years old or meet the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction.

3.4.2. You use the Website solely for non-commercial, personal entertainment.

3.4.3. You participate on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.

3.4.4. You are not located in any restricted jurisdiction listed in clause 3.1.2.

3.4.7. All deposited funds are legally obtained and unconnected to unlawful activity.

3.4.13. You will not use VPNs, proxies or any tools that obscure your true geographic location.

3.5. Account Closure

3.5.1. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support, ensuring all active bets are settled. If closure is requested due to concerns about gambling behaviour, you should inform us accordingly.

3.5.2. A request for permanent closure triggers a mandatory 30-day period before the Account may be considered for reactivation.

3.5.3. Any balance remaining on your Account will be returned by a method of the Company’s choosing.

3.5.4. The Company may close an Account at its discretion and refund available balances, minus any applicable fees, without needing to provide reasons.

3.5.5. Bonus funds not used within 30 days may be cancelled.

3.5.6. If fraudulent activity is suspected, the Company may withhold withdrawals and suspend the Account.

3.5.7. Accounts identified as “bonus abusers” or “bonus hunters” may be suspended permanently, with all winnings voided.

4. Deposits

4.1. To participate in real-money games, you must deposit funds into your Account using any of the payment methods displayed on the Website. By depositing, you confirm that the funds belong to you and originate from legitimate sources. The Company may request supporting documentation regarding the source of funds at its discretion.

4.2. Deposits may be made in various currencies depending on your Account settings and regional availability at the time of deposit.

4.4. All transactions are processed in the currency selected on your Account, and winnings are credited exclusively in the same currency used for the wager.

4.5. The Company reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, daily or otherwise, which may vary depending on your selected payment method, Account level or applicable conditions.

4.6. Deposits appear in your Account once processed by the respective payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method.

4.7. You must use payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Deposits made using unauthorised payment methods may be cancelled, and all winnings derived from such deposits may be voided.

4.8. If funds are credited to your Account in error, you must inform the Company immediately. Any winnings obtained from mistakenly credited funds will be invalidated, regardless of when the error is discovered.

4.9. Deposits must only be made for the purpose of using the Services. Depositing funds for non-gaming purposes may result in cancellation of the deposit, recovery of processing charges, suspension or closure of your Account, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

4.10. You must notify the Company of any changes to your payment details, including loss, unauthorised use or theft of payment cards or credentials.

4.11. Chargebacks, payment reversals or cancellations are strictly prohibited. You are responsible for any associated costs resulting from such actions.

4.12. The Company is not responsible for losses or adjustments caused by fluctuations in currency exchange rates.

4.13. Deposits may be processed directly by the Company or via approved third-party processors.

4.14. Cryptocurrency deposits must be sent only to the latest wallet address provided by the Company. Wallet addresses are periodically updated for security reasons. Using an outdated address without confirmation from customer support may result in loss of funds, for which the Company is not responsible.

5. Bets

5.1. Bets may only be placed if your Account contains sufficient available funds.

5.2. If your Account balance is insufficient to cover a bet, the Website will not accept that bet. You are responsible for monitoring your own balance at all times.

5.3. Bets must comply with the minimum and maximum stake limits shown on the Website. These limits may differ depending on the game or event.

5.4. The Company is not accountable for bets placed by users who do not fully understand the game rules or mechanics.

5.5. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred through your use of the Website. The Company and its affiliates cannot be held liable for gambling losses under any circumstances.

5.6. Winnings credited to your Account may be used to place additional bets or may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal rules.

5.7. The maximum amount a player may win within a single calendar day is €100,000 (or the equivalent in the chosen currency). Winnings exceeding this limit will be adjusted accordingly to comply with this rule.

6. Withdrawals

6.1. Your first withdrawal may require identity verification (“KYC”) as outlined in Section 8. Additional verification may also be required depending on the withdrawal method.

6.2. The Company may adjust withdrawal limits for any payment method without prior notice.

6.3. Withdrawals will only be processed once all wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6.4. Funds labelled as “Bonus” or associated with incomplete games cannot be withdrawn.

6.5. Withdrawals may be refused if the amount wagered since the last deposit is less than the value of that deposit. Each deposit must be wagered at least once prior to withdrawal.

6.6. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within three (3) banking days, but delays may occur due to verification checks, payment provider restrictions or public holidays.

6.7. Withdrawals cannot exceed the available balance in your Account at the time of the request.

6.8. If a withdrawal request is cancelled, the funds will return to your Account. The Company is not responsible for any losses incurred after cancellation.

6.10. Because gaming outcomes are delivered instantly, no refunds or reversals can be offered once a bet or game has been placed. Funds used during gameplay are deducted immediately.

6.11. Only one pending withdrawal per payment method is allowed at a time. Some payment methods may limit you to one withdrawal request every 24 hours.

6.12. If winnings are mistakenly credited, the erroneous amount will remain the property of the Company and will be deducted. If such funds were withdrawn before the error was identified, the amount constitutes a debt owed to the Company.

6.13. Minimum withdrawal for bank transfer, e-wallet and cryptocurrency methods is €100 (or equivalent). Daily withdrawals are limited to €1,000 and weekly withdrawals to €2,000.

6.14. You acknowledge that all funds used during gameplay are consumed immediately and cannot be refunded or reversed once spent.

7. Bonuses

7.1. Bonuses and promotional offers may be provided at the Company’s discretion. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, conditions and eligibility requirements.

7.2. Once a bonus has been forfeited or deactivated, it cannot be reinstated. Bonus funds already credited may remain playable depending on the promotion.

7.3. Bonuses may be removed from Accounts deemed inactive.

7.4. Certain promotions may require that you wager part of your own deposit before wagering bonus funds.

7.5. Some bonuses include withdrawal restrictions or wagering criteria. If a withdrawal is requested before requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be removed.

7.6. Some games do not contribute to wagering requirements, or contribute only a reduced percentage. A full list of restricted games is included in the Terms. Playing any restricted game with an active bonus may result in removal of the bonus and winnings.

7.7. The outcome of any event for wagering purposes is determined by the official settlement on the date of the event. Reversed or challenged outcomes are not recognised.

7.8. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses, free spins or similar offers are capped at €100 (or equivalent), or twice the bonus amount, whichever is higher. Winnings above this cap will be removed.

7.9. Bonus funds must be activated before use. Winnings remain locked until wagering is completed. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and certain in-game purchases are prohibited while wagering a bonus.

7.10. Maximum potential winnings from any bonus are limited to ten times the original bonus value. Bonus abuse—including multiple Accounts, breaching terms or exploiting system behaviour—may result in Account closure and confiscation of all funds.

7.11. Additional terms apply to sports bonuses.

7.12. Sports bets placed with bonus funds must meet the minimum odds requirements.

7.13. Each sports bet must be placed at minimum odds of 2.0 (decimal) to qualify for wagering.

7.14. All qualifying sports bets are subject to routine verification and auditing. Any attempt to bypass the minimum odds requirement may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

7.15. Bonuses are category-specific. Sports bonuses are valid only for sports betting; live casino bonuses may be used only for live casino games. Using a bonus in the wrong category results in the loss of the bonus and winnings.

7.16. While wagering a bonus, the maximum permitted bet is €2. Any bet above this limit may void the bonus and all related winnings.

8. KYC (Know Your Customer)

8.1. The Company is committed to strict KYC protocols to prevent fraud, identity misuse and financial crime.

8.2. We may request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age or location.

8.3. Access to services, withdrawals or payments may be restricted until verification is complete, based on regulatory or internal requirements.

8.4. A risk-based approach is applied: Simplified Due Diligence (SDD), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) or Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), depending on the risk level associated with your transactions or Account behaviour.

8.5. Players who deposit over €2,000 (lifetime), request withdrawals or trigger risk flags must complete full KYC verification.

8.6. Verification may require: government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership and documentation confirming the source of funds. Reviews are typically completed within 48 hours.

9. Abuse and Prohibited Practices

9.1. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion with other players;

9.2. If prohibited activity is suspected, the Company may void bets, forfeit winnings, restrict Accounts, deny withdrawals, suspend or close Accounts and report the incident to relevant authorities.

10. Software Errors

10.1. In the event that our system, platform, or any related software experiences a technical fault, all bets associated with the issue may be declared void. You are required to inform us immediately if you notice any irregularities. We are not responsible for any losses or damages that may arise from such technical problems, and we reserve the right to cancel any affected wagers or game rounds and apply the necessary corrections.

10.2. Although we strive to maintain accurate information, there may be instances where odds, payouts, or game data display incorrectly. If a bet is placed using significantly inaccurate odds or information that does not reflect the true probability of the event at the time, we may cancel or void that bet even after the event has begun.

10.3. We retain the right to reclaim any excess payments made to you in error and adjust your Account balance accordingly. If you do not have sufficient funds to correct the error, we may request repayment directly. Additionally, we may cancel any pending wagers that rely on incorrectly credited funds.

10.4. We are not liable for interruptions to gameplay, server downtime, lag, or any technical disruptions caused by internal or external factors. Refunds may be granted solely at our discretion.

11. Liability and Limitations

If we identify collusion, cheating, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage—such as sharing information, chip dumping, soft playing, or allowing multiple users to access the same account—we may suspend the account and confiscate all balances. Gameplay may be examined through automatic and manual review processes.

17.3. Should we discover fraudulent or improper behavior—including the use of VPNs or proxies to hide location or betting through third parties—we may immediately block the account and seize all balances, while also reporting the incident to regulatory and legal authorities.

18. Other Rules

18.1. All agreements between you and the Company are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the corresponding jurisdiction unless alternative dispute resolution is used.

18.2. If the Terms are translated into multiple languages, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistencies.

18.3. These Terms represent the full and complete agreement between you and the Company. You confirm that no other promises or representations influence your acceptance of this Agreement.

18.4. Nothing in these Terms establishes a partnership or joint venture between you and the Company.

18.5. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

18.6. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement to another party. We will notify you if such a transfer occurs. You are not permitted to transfer your account or rights to anyone else.

18.7. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms immediately does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
